Frequently asked questions

Everything to know before finding your next favorite set.

Ask us a question
Does this include a keyboard?

Our listings are keycap sets, not complete keyboards, unless a product description explicitly states otherwise. Check the selected set and included-key layout before ordering.

Will the keycaps fit my keyboard?

Compare your keyboard layout, switch stems and spacebar size with the product’s compatibility image. Key coverage varies by set. If you are unsure, send us your keyboard model before ordering.

Which lighting option should I choose?

Front-lit options let light through the top legends; non-backlit options use opaque legends; side-lit options place light-transmitting legends on the sides. Check the selected option’s photos and notes for exceptions.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Actual timing depends on the destination and shipping conditions. Please see the Shipping Policy for details.

How can I get help with my order?

Use our contact page and include your order number. For damage or missing items, include clear photos so we can review the issue.

What is your return policy?

Please read our return policy and contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm the applicable next steps for your order.
